On October 28, was held in Panama the Launch of the Code of Good Practice of the CEA. The Code of Good Practice is a “standard soft”, which compiles the recommendations that the CEA submitted to all the community arbitration.
Event that was preceded by a conference on "Ethics and Arbitration from the Perspective of the Code of Good Practice of the Spanish Club of Arbitration", in which our partner Eric Britton participated as a panelist, along with prominent local lawyers and international arbitration experts.
