From 8 to 11 July 2019, was held in panama City, Panama, the Training program for Referees and Secretaries organized by Centre for dispute resolution in partnership with the ICMAR. In this event, which commemorated the 20th anniversary of the Decree Law No. 5 of 8 July 1999 (Arbitration Act).
Our Partner, Eric Britton it was part of the panelists of this program in the module "Constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal" with the theme "are a Sole Arbitrator or Collegial Working?". This program has as its goal the training practice in the field of arbitration, through knowledge and tools that allow participants to be able to manage with efficiency during the arbitral process in quality of referees, clerks of courts, attorneys, or other advisors.
