The International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, ICC, Panama, and the International Bar Association (IBA) joined together to organize a conference focused on the contributions of the Soft Law in the development of international arbitration and how the work of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA has supported this mission.
In the same, participated in by our specialists Eric Britton, Diego Maximin and Glory Valderrama, where it is updated on the various Rules and Guidelines developed by the IBA.
