In 2004, he began his legal career in Panama’s Judicial Branch, working in the civil jurisdiction. He graduated from Universidad del Istmo, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science (2012), a Diploma in the Accusatory System as a New Criminal Procedure (2013), and a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá (2020).
He has represented multinational companies involved in energy sector projects, including electric and photovoltaic generation initiatives. In this context, he has managed and processed provisional and definitive permits before the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP) and the Ministry of Environment for the construction of an electric transmission terminal. Additionally, he has participated in administrative proceedings before ASEP, handling legal disputes between companies and property owners within the influence areas of these terminals.
