It is a legal specialist in the Construction and real Estate. In both branches, participates together with the team of litigation and arbitration in arbitration, national and international, thus reinforcing the specialty of the firm in disputes of construction. He has participated equally in disputes relating to financial, Banking, Insurance, securities and Trusts

Also, he has advised companies of high importance and track record in both a local and international level on contractual issues of Mergers and Acquisitions, and has participated in the structuring of credit commercial bank for the development of projects for the construction of large-scale, and in the financing of the investment for the acquisition of companies in Panama.

A graduate of the power of Law of the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, Panama, 2006), with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville (Panama, 2008) and Expertise in Contract Law and Legal Negociales of the Externado University of Colombia (Colombia, 2018). In addition, it has higher studies in the Trusteeship of the International Banking Institute – Banking Association of Panama; Diploma in Accounting from the University Specialized for the certified Public Accountant, and specialized studies in the Insurance Sector.
