On October 8, will be participating in the ICC YAF, our partner Diego Maximin of the Department of Litigation and Arbitration of the BRIG, as part of the team of the audience
simulated cross-examination of witnesses . This will form part of the program on Techniques and Oral Skills in International Arbitration.
Diego Maximin is a prominent lawyer specializing in Litigation in Civil, Commercial, Consumer Protection, Constitutional, Administrative, as well as in litigation, arbitration, his experience includes participation in civil and commercial litigation and transactions of high complexity.
Throughout his career he has provided counseling and representing recognized national and foreign companies of the agro-industrial sector, construction, insurance, banking, energy, telecommunications, among others. Similarly, he has advised transnational firms in contracts with the Authority of the Panama Canal, as well as in public contracts with various government bodies.
Diego is an active member of the Institute Colombo Panamanian Procedural Law, and has been a guest lecturer on topics of Litigation and Arbitration for multiple local events. He is a graduate of the University of Panama as a Degree in Law and Political Science (Sigma Lambda – 2006), Master's degree in Procedural Law (2013) and Master's degree in Private Law (2015).
