Marcela Olarte Tabares

Marcela is a lawyer foreign experience in construction contracts. He has acted as the representative of a party in international arbitration of construction of mega-works under the panamanian legislation, regulation of the Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CECAP)

Is the advocate of the Free University of Colombia, a specialist in Financial Legislation of the University of the Andes, and has extensive experience in litigation under colombian legislation, arbitration, national and international, and insolvency colombian and cross-border.

Has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration and Investment from American University Washington College of Law. She is a lecturer at national and international level.
