The past 13 September 2018 was held successfully the First International Workshop on "Assessment of Damages in Disputes Construction", organized by Cescon and by the Panamanian Association of the Right of the Building, in which the recognized experts Cristián Díaz and Alberto Fernández de Costa Rica, Israel Almodóvar of the united States; Salvador Fonseca of Mexico and our partner, Eric Britton by Panama.
The program of the event included the delivery of recognition of the Lic Eduardo Rodríguez, general Director of the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC), for their contributions to the right of the construction and arbitration in Panama.
“In a world that is ever more demanding and more complex in terms of the nature of the divergences that are subject to the arbitration decision, the difference is that the institution of the claim of the arbitrators, a broad-based training and comprehensive on different topics and contractual arrangements that govern the business relationships of our times,” said the Lic Rodriguez.
